Tactical-Moves Inc provides consulting, marketing, website development, CRM systems, automation, and related digital services for small businesses. Services may include one-time setup, ongoing subscriptions, and project-based work.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin a project. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to starting work. The remaining balance is due prior to project completion or website publishing. Subscription services are billed according to the agreed terms.
Accounts that become past due for more than 30 days may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of Tactical-Moves Inc. Past due accounts are defined as those that do not meet the payment terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Subscription services, including but not limited to website maintenance, SEO, social media marketing, CRM services, and review management, require a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel. Services will continue to be billed during the notice period.
There are no refunds on print products at all. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PRINTED ITEMS. If defects are discovered at time of delivery call 617-858-5802 for retunrs and reprint
Products purchased from Tactical-Moves Inc. and it's affiliates may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified below in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Annual Plans+ - Within 30 days (720 hours) of the date of the transaction.
Monthly Plans*+ - Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction. Marketing service require written notice 30 days prior.
* Plans include all plans with less than a 1-year term (e.g., 6 mos., 9 mos., etc.)
+ Security products with either remediation or managed services are non-refundable once remediation activity has begun or managed services have started. This applies whether remediation is initiated by you or performed automatically as part of the service.
Website Services:
Build Fee: 30% cancellation fee when in progress, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review. Non-refundable once first revision is completed or after 30 days (720 Hours) of the date of the transaction. Once performance has begun, web service design is considered completed 180 days (4,320 hours) from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.
Hosting: Eligible for a refund as defined in the "Standard Refund Terms" stated above.
Microsoft M365 and Email Products
Annual plans for Microsoft M365 products are refundable during the first 7 days (168 hours) - standard refund terms apply for monthly plans.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing all content created or published on their behalf. Tactical-Moves Inc is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in published content once approved or if not reviewed by the client.
Tactical-Moves Inc publishes content on behalf of clients based on information provided. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content. If content needs to be removed or updated, requests may be submitted and will typically be processed within 24 hours.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from Tactical-Moves Inc related to your account, services, and support. This may include email and SMS messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
Tactical-Moves Inc shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing or digital services.
Tactical-Moves Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
By opting into the Tactical-Moves Inc text messaging program, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from us regarding your service inquiries, appointment reminders, account updates, and occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You can expect to receive messages related to active service requests or scheduled appointments, as well as periodic marketing updates if you have opted into that specific category.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
To Stop: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
